General Terms and Conditions

Validity

For our deliverance including all the additional services the following conditions are valid. Differing conditions, also those of our customers, are only valid if we accepted them written.

Offer and Contract

The offers that we create and send via e-mail or mail are binding for both contract partners. There are no changes of the booking possible after the conclusion of an agreement. Thus later sent changes or additions cannot be worked out and need to become a separate contract. The prices of our offers are valid six weeks after the date of creation. After this respite has passed, the customer has to create a new inquiry or we change the price of the former booking and inform our customer about it written.

Changes of Measures

Right after the contract is closed, the bookings are sent to production immediately or are produced at a date planed. Changes of measures cannot be regarded after that date anymore.

Prices

All the prices are valid according to the conditions written in the booking. The offer is always created in Euros. The end-price including sales tax is binding.

Order Size

HeRi company reserves the right to differ from the order size from the quantity of twenty. The difference is from twenty piece -5 or +5 percent and from fifty pieces -10 or +10 percent.

Recission

A recission from the binding booking is not possible, because the ordered products are customized and sent into production immediately. If there is a delay of payment discovered from former bookings, HeRi has the right to cancel the current contract immediately.

Payment

The bills have to be paid right after the order is fulfilled which means right after the product is delivered or according to specific conditions written in the contract.

The delivered product stays our estate until the bill is paid must not be taken to another adress. It might not be used or even installed anywhere. Of course it must not be changed.

Deliverance

The delivery period results from the agreement of both contract partners. It can be differed if there is something unclear about the contract or the contract partners have to carry on negotiations with each other.
Return

As our products is cut off a roll according to customer specifications, a return is impossible.

Reclamation

If the delivered ware is not produced according to the criteria written in the offer, it will be re-worked in a period set by us. According to the complexity f the re-work, the delivery period differs.

Limited Accountability In Case of Delivery Delay

At a determined delivery date we are liable according to the lawful conditions. We are excluded from the accountability if our logistic partner has a delivery delay, if there are catastrophies of any kind or if the buyer makes our delivery impossible.

Further Obligations of a Contract

The rights of the buyer according to the contract are not transferable. All our services stand under copyright.
